Lauren is very excited to have transitioned as owner of Timeless MediSpa and continues to provide the same level of expertise that everyone has grown to love.

After struggling with her own skin related problems, Lauren found her passion for medical aesthetics, skincare, and the science behind it.

She is dedicated to helping her patients understand why their skin is the way it is, educating them on the steps that need to be taken for their skin dreams to come true and how to keep up with their personalized regime.

Lauren loves the ever-advancing technology of medical aesthetics and consistently ensures she is providing her clients with innovative treatments all while delivering exceptional results for every client no matter their goals.

Michelle is our caring and compassionate founder and medical spa consultant. She discovered her passion for skincare and Women’s Wellness in 2000 when she managed a spa in Brandon, Manitoba.  Michelle has a fierce drive and passion for the medical spa industry and has established Timeless into what it is today. Although she has retired from the treatment rooms, Michelle is available for reception services and consultations to provide patients with her endless knowledge in the best possible treatment plans to get them in the right direction and help every person look and feel their very best within their own skin and inner beauty!

Larissa graduated with her Medical Aesthetics Diploma from the International Beauty Institute. She believes that all patients deserve access to high quality medical treatments without having to drive to the city.

Larissa is passionate about learning new techniques, technologies, and skincare ingredients. She strives to help her clients look and feel their absolute best through education, medical grade skincare, and personalized treatment plans. Her goal is to create an atmosphere where patients feel confident, comfortable, and informed. She looks forward to providing clients with results they are proud to celebrate, so she can celebrate with them.

Dr. Bobby is a family physician at West Street Clinic, Medical Director of Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home and member of Lynn River Family Health Organization. Brad graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Medicine in 1998 and completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Manitoba in 2000. He practiced at Western Medical Clinic in Brandon Manitoba 2000-2002.  Since relocating to Ontario, he has been practicing in Simcoe Ontario 2002-present. He has a special interest in cosmetic medicine and women's wellness.

Heidi loves the skin care and aesthetic industry and is always eager to develop more effective and results-driven treatment techniques. After staying home with her 4 children in their earliest years, Heidi’s interest and passion for the field of medical aesthetics began to grow while managing her own skin concerns. Educating herself on best practises and the most effective treatment options quickly led her to Timeless MediSpa. Heidi found that she was easily able to align with the values at Timeless, and the level of treatment and patient care that is offered. Heidi truly loves working with the patients on an individual and customized level focusing on their specific concerns and educating them on the appropriate treatment options. She thrives on building relationships and is eager to give each patient the experience they deserve.

As a dedicated aesthetics nurse and passionate advocate for functional medicine, my mission is to provide personalized, holistic care that harmonizes beauty and health. I am committed to delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments using evidence informed practice. By

integrating the art of aesthetics with the science of functional medicine, I aim to help my patients glow with confidence, from the inside out.
